Call and gather registration, personal, practice, clinic and other information of medical practitioner.
C. Add / Edit Clinic Information in Clinic / Hospital Set-up Tab.
Takes information from different locations that is written down, such as TFD forms, Hospital Listings, MSD delivery receipts, Call reports, or other information, and enter it into Medicomm Universe for storage and analysis.
Maintains Medicomm Universe and TFD database by entering information.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Compiles, verifies accuracy and sorts information for computer entry.
Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects any incompatibilities and checks output.
Transfer gathered information from Medicomm Universe to TFD database or vice versa.

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests.
Sells additional services and explain new features.
Enhances group reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job.
Perform special tasks (Ex.
as Convention usher / usherette; Educate walk-in MDs or other Medical Practitioners)
Meet or exceed assigned monthly target (depends on # of working days per month).
