LIAISON AND ADMIN STAFF - MOA PASAY

at least 1 year of experience in processing BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits

Business permits including Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc.

Job Description

1. Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.

2. Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or timekeeping-related matters.

3. Monitor biometric violations of all employees during the Timekeeping period.

4. Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO documentation.

5. Handles direct employees' inquiries related to SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO inquiries.

6. Responsible for all employee Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.

7. Fill all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn them over to HR for promotions.

8. Handles permit processing of all branches and handles including the following :

• BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits
• Business permits including Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc

Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
