Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 20 paid hours per week, Flexible within US Eastern Timezone
Key Responsibilities :
- Support patients in understanding and navigating U.S. healthcare processes (insurance, referrals, follow-up care)
- Clarify AI-generated responses and guide users through non-clinical next steps
- Offer warm, empathetic communication by chat and phone
- Escalate any urgent or clinically complex issues to U.S.-licensed RN team
- Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA-compliant communication
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based operations and AI teams
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare support roleFamiliarity with U.S. healthcare system workflows (insurance, scheduling, etc.)Strong knowledge and experience in insurance and the U.S. healthcare system.Excellent English (written and spoken) for professional communicationReliable home office setup with fast internet and a private, quiet environmentAble to work independently and manage case flows remotelyNice to Have :

Requirements
