Digital Marketing Assistant
A digital marketing assistant supports the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms, helping increase a company's digital presence and engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Supporting the marketing manager and team with day-to-day operations and project coordination.
- Managing social media accounts, including creating, scheduling, and tracking post engagement.
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and maintaining email databases.
- Performing market research and analyzing digital metrics from Google Analytics and other tools.
- Updating website content using content management systems (CMS).
- Assisting with search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
- Writing and posting online content, including blog posts, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Preparing reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
- Supporting event coordination, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or digital media.Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM or email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).Solid understanding of SEO, social media, and online advertising concepts.Strong written communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.Creative mind and keen attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines closely.This position is ideal for individuals early in their marketing careers who want hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and leveraging analytics to improve performance.
