This company, headquartered in Victoria, is a leading provider of analytics services to local football teams nationwide. With a significant customer base in Victoria, they are expanding their reach into other states. The company is committed to providing comprehensive game statistics and insightful analysis to Australian rules football clubs and leagues.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this role entail observing community-level football matches and accurately entering individual player statistics using our dedicated software. Our team members undergo specialized training, a combination of in-person and remote, to enhance their comprehension of the sport and enhance their practical abilities in tasks like data collection and analysis.

Primary duties may encompass:

• Precisely recording data from football games.
• Collecting, assessing, and interpreting data.
• Cooperating with supervisors to identify exceptional performers for acknowledgment.

Qualifications

• Possess a relevant degree in a related field.
• Demonstrate strong dedication to work and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit an interest in and aptitude for sports analytics.
• Be available for weekend work, including Saturday nights and Sundays.
• Have the ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills:

• Effective communication skills.
• A good understanding of sports, rules, and gameplay.
• Willingness to learn and excel in statistics and data interpretation.
• Proactive approach and the ability to take initiative as needed.
