A glimpse into your new role :
Record and reconcile financial transactions for multiple U.S. entities, ensuring accuracy.
Maintain ledgers, track bank account balances, and prepare financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheets).
Process accounts payable / receivable, manage invoicing, and track payments.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payroll.
Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel) to manage financial data, while supporting compliance and administrative tasks.
Requirements
You’ll be a great fit if you have :
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll processing is a plus
Willingness to work on a graveyard shift schedule
Openness to work onsite at our Eastwood, Quezon City office.

Requirements
Requirements : Fluent in English Degree in Accounting or related field preferred Minimum of three years of experience in accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, and payroll Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and accounting software (Quickbook preferred) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
