- Identify market types :
- Reactivation Markets : 20+ dormant therapists ready to be re‑engaged.
- Recruitment Markets :
- Hybrid Markets : Require both reactivation and recruitment.
- Build tailored strategies by market (e.g., Boston = reactivation; Boise = recruitment).
- Prioritize by revenue potential and fill‑rate impact.
2. Relationship‑Based Reactivation (30%)
Personally reconnect with 50–100 high‑value dormant therapists to re‑establish trust.Lead and coach the BPO outreach team on empathetic, non‑transactional communication.Diagnose root causes of churn : understand why therapists left and what would bring them back.Target : Reactivate 500–1,000 therapists across major metros.Capture and share qualitative insights to improve provider experience and retention.3. Hyper‑Targeted New Therapist Recruitment (30%)
