Tableau Developer for Computer / Information Technology / 80k / Makati

Requirements :  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or InformationTechnology. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau. Familiarity with one or more of the following areas :  BI Tools : Power BI, SQL Server SSIS, SSAS & SSRS, Oracle DataIntegrations / OWB, Microstrategy, Datastage, Teradata, Cognos, SAPBobj, Qlikview, Yellowfin, Jaspersoft. Data visualization. Relational Databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL). BI data architecture. Data warehouse design. Performance tuning and optimization. Designing data models, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and 1-3NFdata models. Logical and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. Capacity to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple workstreams. Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail. Fundamental knowledge of Agile Methodology, SDLC, Waterfall, or any ProjectManagement Methodology is a plus. Background in scoping, planning, and project management is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willing to work onsite on a day shift under an initial 6-month contract, with thepossibility of extension. Willing to start work immediately.Key Responsibilities :  Design and implement stable and scalable analytic and reporting solutions. Deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs anddeadlines. Participate in business analysis activities to gather necessary reporting anddashboard requirements. Translate business requirements into specifications for implementing reports anddashboards from multiple data sources. Document test cases and create test scripts. Communicate results in a user-friendly format. Validate reports to ensure data accuracy. Design and implement Data Marts and Data Warehouses using best practices. Utilize data modeling techniques to define and support database schemadevelopment. Create and automate reports. Conduct data analysis for ad-hoc reporting needs. Develop user guides and documentation for run management and ad-hocreporting. Investigate quality control failures and resolve or escalate issues as needed. Communicate effectively within and across teams. Interact with customers to provide technical information via conference calls oron-site meetings. Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations and SupportTeam.
