Machine Technician

Key Responsibilities :

Installation & Setup : Install, set up, and calibrate new machines and mechanical systems.

Maintenance & Inspection : Perform scheduled maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.

Troubleshooting & Repair : Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults, and repair or replace defective parts.

Technical Documentation : Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand how machinery works.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaboration : Work with engineers and other technicians to solve complex problems and improve processes.

Fabrication : Fabricate parts using welding, machining, or other techniques when needed for repairs or upgrades.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Knowledge : Strong background in mechanical systems and machinery operation.

Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex technical challenges.

Manual Dexterity : Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools.

Technical Aptitude : Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.

Communication : Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and management.
