We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!
You’ll handle blended communication channels — voice, chat, and email — assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex concerns.
Meet and exceed performance targets such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
Uphold company standards for quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service role (voice, non-voice, or blended).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
