Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle—from talent sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination and onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
Write and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, company career page).
Source candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, referrals, and job fairs.
Screen applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance candidate engagement.
Support onboarding processes and handoff to HR administration or hiring departments.
Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring activity, pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness.

College Level or Bachelor's Degree
0-6 months experience in HR Facets
Good to excellent communication skills
Can work on shifting scheds, overtime and holidays.
Experience recruiting for any industry
Knowledge of employment law and best practices in hiring.
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth startup environment.
Years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is a plus.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines.
