Job description
  • Lead the design and development of luxury kitchen and bath projects from concept to completion.
  • Create detailed, high-quality

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.
  • Select materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring that all design elements align with client preferences and project goals.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, pricing, presentations, numbered drawings ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the design process.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and building codes, delivering the highest level of craftsmanship in every project.
  • Stay current on design trends, products, and innovations in the luxury kitchen and bath industry.
  • Price order and assist with the procurement of cabinetry, furniture and other retail materials sold by the company
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential projects.
    • Proficiency in
    • CAD software
    • AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and
    • 3D rendering
    • programs.
    • Strong knowledge of
    • space planning
    • programming
    • for functional kitchen and bath designs.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with high-end clients.
    • Expertise in sourcing luxury materials, finishes, and fixtures.
    • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Certified by the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA)
    • or other relevant design certifications
