Engineering Manager-(RCE) for Construction / 45k / Edsa QC

Qualifications : Licensed Civil EngineerA background of at least 5 to 7 years of experience in architectural products, or related industries. Minimum of 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience handling project execution, and engineering teams.Strong background in project management (planning, execution, completion).Strong leadership skills to supervise estimators. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Basic Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for the design and estimates of Engineering Supervisors and Estimators for all the project bidding and request for quotations.2. To look and search for more competitive and supportive suppliers.3. Review of complete bid documents and customer project technical requirement.4. Review and check the materials used in the design and estimates and always conforms with the customer requirement and project technical specifications.5. Provide answers on technical concern and inquiries pertaining to our product line : 6. Responsible for the creation and organizing of project folder for closed project.
