Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales data.
Customer Service :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products / services.Provide product information, pricing, and technical specifications.Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.Order Processing & Logistics :
Process sales orders, invoices, and track deliveries.Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment.Administrative Tasks :
Schedule meetings, demos, and sales appointments.Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analytics.Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and sales events.Market Research :
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback.Gather data to identify potential sales opportunities.Requirements
Must-Have Skills / Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related programAt least 3 years of experience in sales administration and client retention.Amenability to Work onsite and do field work.Preferred Skills and Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
Experience in ICT industry is desirable but not required. The role is open to candidates from other industries (i.e Telecommunications, Electronic Retail, and IT Solutions)Familiarity with ICT products is nice to haveBehavioral Competencies :
