About the Role :

We are looking for an ambitious, results‑driven Sales Director to spearhead our market expansion and scale our sales organization to new heights. This role is responsible for defining and executing the comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand market share. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing sales team while maintaining overall P&L accountability for the Sales division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify potential customers, build strong relationships, and maintain a pipeline of leads.
- Business Development : Explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Proposal & Contract Management : Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts for solar energy solutions.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams : Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless execution of solar projects.
- Performance Monitoring : Track sales metrics, generate reports, and optimize sales processes for efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the solar or renewable energy industry.Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, project financing, and technical sales.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience in CRM software and sales pipeline management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.What We Offer :
