Team Leader - The Lounge

We are seeking a well-experienced Team Leader- The Lounge who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of The Lounge restaurant within the Food & Beverage Division.

In this role, you will ensure the exceptional service delivery to all guests and assist in conducting shift briefings, meetings & training sessions.You will maintain an effective link between the kitchen & service areas while monitoring the quality of food and beverage. Likewise, you will effectively practice service recovery skills and provide F&B specialist advice to guests & colleagues as required.

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

• With at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong management and leadership capabilities
• Passion for working with people
