Position : Italian Customer Service Analyst
Location : Lapu-Lapu Cebu City
Industry : Manufacturing Company
Salary : PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000 gross
Schedule : Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up : Working Onsite
Requirements :
Preferably Filipino that is fluent in Italian
Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
Proficient in both Italian and English
Bachelor's Degree Holder
Customer Service experience is a plus
Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
Responsibilities :
Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to Italian-speaking clients
Assist in Tracking and distributing information about orders
Answer and resolve consumer complaints
Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
Resolves payment complaints
