Job description

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including sales invoices, supplier billings, and payment vouchers.

Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collection from customers and payment to suppliers.

Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and accounting records to ensure accuracy.

Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documents for month-end closing and audits.

Maintain organized filing of accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements.

Skills and requirements :

Bachelor's degree in any related course
With 1 year of experience in general accounting
With 1 year of experience in bank reconciliation
With 1 year of experience in accounts payable and receivables
Willing to work in Chino Roces, Makati
