Office Staff - 2 yrs Experience - Night shift

TL AISA : Requirements :

Graduate of any 4 year business course

Proven experience in an office environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities :

Review and monitor coordinators daily task

Monitor the Technical Line, Viber updates, and reports

Check email and respond if needed

Checking daily tasks of the whole department and subordinates

Prepare and submit daily report progress and plans

Arrange and contact the technical team and all the branches.

Prepare and arrange the materials

Counter check and review of technical expense

Receive, review of PO, Liquidations, and payment request submitted

Check and finalize time keeping of the department every cut-off.

Can drive 4 wheels private car with a Driver's license.

Can work on Weekend and Holidays
