Key Responsibilities :
- Promote the company’s headhunting and recruitment services through all appropriate and ethical marketing
channels
Identify, generate, and qualify B2B leads to expand the company’s client baseReach out to prospective clients, present company services, and position the firm as a trusted recruitmentpartner
Conduct client presentations, handle negotiations, and perform consistent follow-ups until leads aresuccessfully converted into clients
Manage and maintain strong client relationships through continuous communication and collaborationAct as the bridge between clients and the recruitment team to ensure the effective and timely delivery ofservices
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fieldAt least one (1) year of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development is preferredFresh graduates may apply, provided they demonstrate strong interest in marketing and confidence inengaging with individuals at various organizational levels
