Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal users (Onsite and WFH employees).
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
- Assist in managing and maintaining company network equipment. FortiGate and Cisco Switches.
- Creating user credentials for new hires.
- Maintaining and managing the CCTV and Biometrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensures that there is available backup for network and servers.
- Learn and contribute to the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, with a specific focus on inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT operations and accurate inventory records.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support activities, and solutions
- Assist in maintaining accurate data for the IT equipment inventory.
- Tasks assigned by the IT department head.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field, with a specific interest in inventory management.Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, IPSec, SSL, VLAN, Active Directory, and File Server.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Working Conditions :
