Job Description :

Knowledge in consumer electronics products.

Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Handle inbound and / or outbound calls, chat, or email inquiries from premium telecom customers.

Assist clients with mobile plans, internet services, billing concerns, and technical troubleshooting.

Provide excellent customer support while promoting upgrades, new plans, or value-added services.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the system.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction scores.

Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or service recovery when needed.

Can work on shifting schedules.

Job Requirements :

Completed 2 years in college, must possess at least 6 months of BPO experience.

High school graduate with 1 year BPO work experience.

Amenable to commute in Alabang City on-site
