What is the job?

The IT Director is responsible for defining and implementing IT strategy, driving digital innovation, and ensuring the delivery of secure, efficient, and compliant IT services.

Responsibilities :

• Develops IT strategy aligned with business goals and OKRs
• Oversees infrastructure, systems, and security; evaluates new tech
• Leads projects end-to-end (budget, resources, risk) with cross-functional teams
• Ensures compliance (ISO27001 / ISO9001 / SOC) and data protection; sets policies / standards
• Tracks SLAs / metrics and reports performance; manages vendors, contracts, and stock
• Drives disaster recovery / business continuity and builds IT talent capacity
