Job Description
Lead the full sales cycle from strategy development to deal closure, focusing on financial institutions and large-scale retail clients.
Build and execute strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals and market dynamics in secure transaction technologies.
Develop and systematize sales processes to improve consistency, productivity, and scalability across the commercial organization.
Manage and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture rooted in consultative and relationship-based selling.
Own the sales pipeline -from lead generation to qualification and opportunity tracking-ensuring continuous movement and accurate forecasting.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their operational and digital transformation needs in areas such as cash management, ATM services, and digital banking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and technology teams to tailor solutions and deliver client value.
Drive adoption of integrated solutions (e.g., digital retail systems, transaction banking platforms) in partnership with client stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, translating insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and operational standards in all client engagements and contract negotiations.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years in B2B sales , preferably in IT services or fintech, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of selling into banks, financial institutions, or regulated entities, with long-cycle enterprise deals.
Familiarity with banking operations, particularly ATM networks, transaction processing, and digital financial services.
Background in financial services or adjacent regulated sectors (e.g., payments, cash management, retail banking).
Demonstrated success with consultative and relationship-driven selling in complex stakeholder environments.
Experience leading or implementing sales systems, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and performance dashboards .
Ability to develop pipeline strategies and track opportunities through detailed KPIs and forecasting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
Highly self-motivated , entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ownership.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
