Job Description
This is a remote position.
Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract real estate agents through job boards, social media, networking events, Reddit communities, and referrals.
Screening & Interviews : Conduct initial assessments, phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with leadership.
Employer Branding : Promote the company’s unique value proposition, commission splits, expert coaching, and international property opportunities.
Relationship Building : Develop strong connections with candidates, brokers, and industry professionals.
Onboarding Support : Guide new hires through licensing requirements, compliance checks, and orientation.
Reporting : Track recruitment metrics, provide updates to leadership, and recommend improvements to hiring strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within real estate or sales industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Knowledge of NYC real estate licensing requirements is a plus
Experience sourcing agents via Reddit communities is highly valued
Active subscription to LinkedIn Premium, Recruiter, or Sales Navigator is strongly regarded
