- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in technical sales, project engineering, or construction solutions.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and technical specifications.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license (often required for site / client visits).
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, project execution) to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring technical compliance, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical clarifications as required.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards during all technical interactions.
Compensation and Benefits :
- 20,000 + 10k Allowance
- Commission : 3% of own project, 1% to 2% if the project is close
