They are seeking a Growth Marketer experienced in driving measurable results that accelerate our customer acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities :

  • Growth Strategy & Experimentation : Develop, execute, and iterate on data-driven organic growth strategies across the customer lifecycle, including designing and analyzing A / B tests and identifying innovative B2B marketing tactics.
  • Organic Channel Management : Plan, manage, and optimize core organic channels (primarily SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing), including strategy development, content oversight, list nurturing, and exploring new channels (e.g., community, partnerships).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Define and track key organic growth metrics using analytics tools, derive actionable insights, and present performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Analyze website traffic and conversion funnels to identify opportunities; collaborate with design and development teams on implementing improvements.
  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing : Develop and implement strategies using organic communication (email, etc.) and automation to improve customer engagement, reduce churn, and increase LTV.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, design, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives, product roadmap, and brand authenticity.

Requirements

Technical Skill Requirements

  • Organic Marketing Expertise : Proven success managing SEO (technical, content, link building), content strategy, and marketing automation.
  • Data Analysis & Analytics Tools : Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and deriving actionable insights from organic data.
  • Experimentation & CRO : Solid understanding of A / B testing methodologies for website and campaign optimization.
  • Marketing Technology : Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and SEO tools. Ahrefs experience is a plus.
  • E-commerce Acumen : Understanding of e-commerce funnels, metrics, and user behavior in an organic context. Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Software & Tool Proficiency : Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with project management software. Jira experience is a plus.
  • Non-Technical Skill Requirements

  • Analytical & Strategic Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, develop effective strategies, and solve problems creatively to drive measurable growth.
  • Creative Resourcefulness & Initiative : Proven ability to generate innovative, low-cost growth ideas ("guerilla" tactics) and proactively drive initiatives forward with a builder's mindset.
  • Project Management & Organization : Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively, utilizing project management tools as needed.
  • Clear & Authentic Communication : Strong written and verbal skills to articulate complex strategies, data insights, and results clearly, persuasively, and genuinely.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience : 3–5 years in B2B-focused digital marketing (SEO, Content, Email), with a portfolio demonstrating measurable results, ideally in e-commerce. Experience scaling inbound guerilla strategies is a strong plus.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Attitude : Passionate, data-driven, and creative thinker who thrives on experimentation, authentic connection, and collaboration.
