Tax Supervisor

• Supervise the preparation and filing of tax returns for both individual and corporate clients, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Review and provide guidance on tax computations, assessments, and audits.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with tax laws and accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company and clients remain compliant.
• Provide proactive advice on corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other tax-related matters.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in tax compliance, tax advisory, or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.- Previous experience in supervising and managing a team is an advantage- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Experience with tax preparation software is a plus.
