We’re looking for a skilled Media Buyer who knows how to turn budgets into results. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across digital platforms — with a focus on Meta and Google. This role demands a mix of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and creativity to ensure our campaigns cut
through and deliver.
What You'll Do :
You’ll be the kind of person who :
- Plan, buy, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Build, track, and optimise dashboards and reports in Google Data Studio to clearly present performance.
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics and platform insights to optimise campaigns for ROI, CPA,
- and ROAS.
- Manage audience targeting, lookalike strategies, and retargeting funnels to reach and convert high-value
- leads.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is tailored to platform requirements and audience
- behaviours.
- Manage campaign budgets with precision — maximising spend efficiency while scaling successful
- campaigns.
- Stay on top of the latest media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across all major platforms.
- Report on results and provide actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with :
Proven experience in media buying with a strong portfolio of campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and other reporting tools.Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setups, and attribution models.Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into practical strategies.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Negotiation skills and confidence dealing with platform reps and media partners.Benefits
