Creative Project Manager

Location : Remote (Philippines-based)

Work Hours : Tuesday - Saturday, 5 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM Philippine Time

Commitment : Full-time, Long-term

About the role :

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of leading and organizing creative teams to deliver outstanding results? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excel at streamlining workflows? We're looking for a highly organized and influential Creative Project Manager to join our remote team!

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects, managing timelines, and fostering seamless collaboration across our creative department. What You'll Be Doing :

Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the creative team.
Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Organize and assign tasks, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
Report directly to the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) on project status and team performance.

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of experience managing creative teams , preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.

Crucial proficiency in ClickUp. Knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion is beneficial.

Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.

A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

Experience working with remote teams and understanding their unique dynamics.

Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
