The Sales Manager contributes significant revenue in rooms business through account management and business development of new partners. He / she is responsible for direct promotion and selling of the products and services of the hotel whilst ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Candidate with background in Japanese language is preferred.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years management experience in sales and marketing. He / she must be assertive, personable, strategic, and with good communication skills and attention to details. He / she is a team player and at the same time, s elf-motivated.

The Sales Manager must develop and maintain consistent high standard hotel image and ensure delivery of service to attain customer satisfaction.

Comply with the company policies

Knows all safety and emergency procedures of the hotel

Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department

Maintain the confidentialit y and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques

Should model the Company’s culture at all times

Take on other tasks as may be necessary or required
