Growthdesk is looking for a talented Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our team to drive campaign performance and measure the impact across various social media platforms.
A cool, sharp, witty and talented person who is interested in digital marketing, obsessed with optimization, love numbers and tech startups in general. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter - doesn’t always need to be told what to do, and can balance time and manage themselves. Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, be problem-solvers and is a multi-tasker.
What you will be doing :
- Provide regular internal analytics report on campaign performance (indicators) and able to provide insights and analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Have strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user funnels and experience
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies (including identification of new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies) adhering to best practice guidelines
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests including A / B and multi-variate testing and dynamic ads optimization
Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Visualization of DataAt least a diploma in marketing or related fields such as analytics, communication and statistics or sciences.At least 4 Years experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, and social media especially in the optimisation of campaigns in a full-time roleHighly analytical and data driven. Proficient in A / B testing, tracking and reporting on key metrics that measure performance in campaigns inclusive of traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI.Deep Knowledge of campaign setup, ad creation for FB and Google including keyword research, google analyticsKept abreast of the latest developments in ad-tech and updates of Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin or other innovative ad-tech platformsPassionate about Digital marketing and not afraid to suggest ideas, solid excel and communication skills, and great attention to detailDay-to-Day use of Google Analytics and other analytics dashboardsPreferably Google Adwords, Analytics certified, other Google certification will be a plusAdditional Information
