Responsibilities
- Revenue management : guide the store to formulate daily revenue targets based on the monthly revenue target set by headquarters; achieve the revenue budget; collect daily revenue data; identify reasons for budget shortfalls; and provide guidance to the store management team.
- Personnel management : supervise and guide the store management team to stabilize store personnel structure and develop plans to improve KPI results for all employees.
- Profit and loss management : analyze gross profit, operating profit, costs, and losses using store report data.
- Goal management : develop quantifiable and time-bound goals (e.g., revenue milestones, store improvement objectives, mentoring goals for employees); follow up on progress.
- Standard management : handle principle issues according to company solutions; set high standards for store management work hours and ensure compliance; make effective decisions on all standard issues.
- Cost management : guide stores to implement personnel cost control and budget control measures to reduce company costs; manage controllable expenses for regional stores.
- Safety management : improve safety awareness of all employees; impose safety management requirements for equipment such as cash registers, fire protection, monitoring equipment; ensure standardized operation to reduce work-related injuries.
- Brand management : promote brand loyalty and convey the company’s brand concept to internal employees and external customers; foster employee brand awareness; achieve customer recognition of the brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 3 years of retail experience; proficiency in English and local language preferred.Familiar with retail terminal business; experience in hypermarket or regional retail management; basic understanding of store sales, performance improvement, personnel management, and product management.Experience coordinating and allocating internal and external resources; experience establishing standardized store management.Experience in people identification and development; ability to create replicable mentoring plans.Strong data sensitivity; mastery of analysis, budgeting, summarization, and regional data planning.Experience analyzing competitor product structure and operational models in regional commercial districts.Willingness to comply with cross‑regional / domestic and international assignments; strong execution ability and alignment with company culture and values.#J-18808-Ljbffr
