What You'll Do :

🔍 Manage end-to-end accounts payable functions, ensuring timely payment processing

📊 Analyze invoices and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records

🛠️ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the AP department

🤝 Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and issues

📈 Prepare detailed reports on accounts payable metrics for management review

📅 Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable transactions

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field

✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

✅ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

✅ Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

✅ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
