What You'll Do :

🎯 Design and implement RPA solutions using UI Path to enhance operational efficiency.

🛠️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

📈 Monitor and optimize existing automation processes for performance improvements.

🔧 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA applications.

📚 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation technologies.

Microsoft 365 Cloud Services :

SharePoint, SharePoint Lists, Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop), Power BI, OneDrive

RPA Tools :

UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub

✨ Good to Have :

Programming Languages : Python, C#, VB.NET, VBS

Methodologies : Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

Tools : Git, Azure DevOps

Emerging Tech : AI, AI Agents, Agentic Automations

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

4–6 years of relevant experience in software development, automation, or RPA

3–4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development

Proficient in designing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

Strong experience in developing UiPath solutions, including :

Workflow automation

Exception handling

Data manipulation

Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or document understanding

Solid grasp of software development best practices

UiPath Certification is preferred

Bonus : Understanding of AI / ML concepts and integrating them with RPA workflows
