Job descriptionEnsure that all government required reports and payments are properly and promptly submitted and paid Ensure that all intercompany charges are paid on time Ensure that all expenditures are properly recorded Ensure that project costs of new projects are monitored Ensure correctness of RFPs and properly supported with documents. Prepares cash receipt book and cash disbursement book Monitor un-liquidated cash advances Process petty cash replenishment for Main Square mall Ensure confidentiality of information that are processed within the department Provide the cleanliness and security of the Accounting Office, including the files computers and other equipment used by the department. Bachelor's degree in accountancy Knowledge in navigating excel, preparing ppt. (or any media format)
GENERAL ACCOUNTING
- Maintain computerized financial system
- Preparation of GL / SL Schedules
- Review journal entries before they are encoded in the system
