Job descriptionStatement of Account (SOAs) To do regular follow-ups and sending out Statement of Accounts to various corporate accounts that remain unpaid beyond the number of days allowable credit limit. Payment Remittance and Official Receipt / Invoice Transmission Ensure timely remittance of payments to various insurers. Ensure transmission of OR / Invoice to concerned department. Report Generation and Reconciliation Quarterly generation of Payables report and ensure reconciliation on any payment adjustment. Process insurance-related payments and prepare Statements of Account (SOA). Ensure all Official Receipts (ORs) are properly transmitted to the encoder. Handle receipt and monitoring of policies until OR issuance. Perform the accounting functions related to insurance, including periodic payables report preparation. Assist with policy renewals and coverage-related requirements. Manage insurance accounts of Filinvest subsidiaries (not limited to FLI). Must be at Senior Staff level. Preferably with a background in accounting (bookkeeping or basic accounting). At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Open to candidates from any 4-year degree course.
JOB SUMMARY :
The Insurance Associate provides administrative support to the department. She must be able to process Request for Payments (RFPs), bill clients by sending SOAs, and assist the immediate Head for any insurance coverage and renewal requirements.

- Prepares and Monitors Request for Payment for Corporate accounts until checks are received and transmitted to the Insurer.
- To process payments, all of the secured corporate policies and monitor until payment is settled to various insurers.
