Responsibilities : Manages the HR & Admin department, and supervises the HR & Admin partners / staff; Payroll administration and services, including payroll processing, computation, changes, adjustments in salaries, tax management services, and payroll records maintenance.
Staffing of approved organizational manpower resources, development of assessment tools and instruments for manpower placement, processing of candidates for employment, and conducting assessment and background investigations.
Administration of employee records (Master Data and 201 File), building and maintenance of employee database, and maintenance of manpower pool and other external manpower service requirements.
Administration of employee benefits, handling recreational benefits, food subsidies, fringe and medical benefits, allowances and reimbursements, and coordination with government agencies - SSS / Philhealth / Pag-Ibig for benefits remittances.
Formulates and recommends new HR & admin policies and procedures.
Discipline administration and monitoring of corporate policies, decision and action on incidents of alleged violation, handling of employee grievances and labor disputes, management of labor laws and policies, and handling of labor relations and concerns.
Knowledge management and identification of knowledge base in the company, translation of organizational knowledge into a curriculum, and protection of intellectual property rights.
Monitors timely processing of purchasing and procurement activities.
Reviews the performance worksheet (PMW) of legal & recovery associate / staff under his / her area and defines the Key Result Area (KRA) as needed, responsible for supervising and addressing the administrative concerns of the partner.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
