Commercial Key / Strategic Account Managers are expected to :
- Be the main point of contact for their managed accounts
- Help develop and foster relationships with our brands / sellers, help them meet their goals / objectives while also taking into consideration the platform's priorities
- Manage their portfolio, helping ensure sellers meet baseline target, and achieve stable and sustainable growth
- Work with the seller and make strategic recommendations matched with how their store is trending (touching on assortment, investments, activations)
- Look at category trends, recommend best practices
- Manage the seller's expectations to be at par with what similar sellers are investing (both in driving traffic and promotions)
- Work with different functional teams to maximize the tools available for their seller
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Establishing strong relations with sellers / brands and supporting their performance, as their main contact pointIdentifying key assortment opportunities, building sales team priority plan to assist for executionSupporting product and content creation process to increase assortment livePlanning and maintaining constant stock availabilityEnsuring ambitious revenue growthCoaching sellers / brands on competitive pricing and promo toolsSuggesting promotions to sellers / brands, selling marketing services, organizing these campaigns internallyBuilding weekly marketing plan, determining which products / subcategories will be promoted on website and through all marketing channels (newsletters, Facebook, and display etc.)Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily / weekly / monthly performance and optimizing further marketing, pricing and product selectionSpecific to this role : coordinate between different segments, regional China brands team to help ensure we deliver growthSpecific to this role : coordinate with cross-functional teams to build the right packages for China brands Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills2-3 years of working experienceFluent in Chinese / Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking)Experience with fast-paced industry, Distribution, Retail or Multinational Brands is a plusSelf-motivated, can do attitude, enthusiasm for ecommerce and its possibilitiesOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skills and comfortable with numbersAble to form good and strong relationships with brands & partnersComfortable with creating and presenting Business Review decks to top managementGood command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsRequirements / Qualifications(good to have) :
E-commerce experience is a plusExperience in working with Chinese merchants / brands is a plus
