Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Account Manager to join our growing agency. This role involves creating, growing, and managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter / Threads, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to maintain consistent posting schedules across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitter / Threads, etc.)Develop and implement content posting strategies for each platformMaintain daily posting schedules across all managed accountsMonitor account performance and adjust strategies accordinglyMaintain organized records of account credentials and performance metricsEnsure accounts appear authentic and follow natural growth patternsImplement best practices for account security and growthWorking Schedule
Full workdays (8 hours) : 5 days per weekReduced posting days (2-4 hours) : 2 days per week (flexible, not necessarily weekends)Content must be posted 7 days a week with no exceptionsNote : Reduced posting days may be scheduled on weekdays (e.g., Tuesday and Thursday) as weekends often see higher social media engagementWhat to Expect
As a Social Media Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of multiple social media accounts. This role requires technical proficiency, consistency, and reliability. You'll need to understand how different social platforms work, including their algorithms, posting requirements, and growth strategies. While the role involves working 7 days a week, two days will have significantly reduced hours focused on essential posting only.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy the technical aspects of social media management and can maintain consistent productivity while handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
