• Generating sales leads by using the internet to search for potential clients.
• Greet customers over the phone, introduce self and company and answer questions potential customers may have about the company.
• Provide information regarding the services provided by the company.
• Call potential customers following to develop sales leads.
• Keep records of calls and sales by entering and updating customer information in the CRM database.
