External Relation and Technical Supervisor

To assist processing of CPC (New and Renewal) and Water Permit Applications to the NWRB. To process various permits for CWSI and Filinvest affiliates concerning Water and STP, to apply for the Environmental Compliance Certificate of CWSI Projects, to ensure completeness and accuracy of DENR compliance and to assist in the ocular inspections of different government agencies; and other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

COMPLIANCE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (LGUs) NWRB, LLDA, DENR AND OTHER GOVT. AGENCIES' REQUIREMENTS

To assist in preparing all necessary documents and various plans for CPC (New and Renewal) and for Water Permit Applications.

To assist in gathering all plans and documentary requirements for the Application of various Permits for CWSI and Filinvest Affiliates concerning Water and STP as follows :

Land Survey Certification / Discharge Permit (LLDA)

Building Clearance issued by Barangay

Locational / Zoning Clearance

Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance

Building Permit

Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

Occupancy Permit / Permit to Operate

To assist in the Ocular Inspections of different government agencies (NWRB, LLDA, DENR, DPWH and others)

To attend to Public Hearing with regards to various permit applications.

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS AND OTHER DUTIES

To monitor, print and submit on time the Monthly Potability Test Results and Certificate of Potability for all projects to the NWRB.

To prepare the Monthly Groundwater Withdrawal Reports and to submit it to the immediate superior for checking and validation before filing it to the NWRB.

To request Cash Advances (if necessary) and to liquidate it within 3 working days after the transaction.
