Outsource Access is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales background, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase company products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the BPO / outsourcing industry.Strong understanding of business development strategies and sales techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Willingness to travel, as required.Benefits
