Job Summary

To keep Financial records updated, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, billings and doing weekly / monthly payrolls.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide accounting support to the company
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Inform management and compile reports / summaries on activity areas
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
doing weekly / monthly payrolls
Basics in Quickbook

Qualifications and Skills

Must be a Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Related Business Course.

Knowledgeable in financial statements

Managing of petty cash, payments and Cheque Voucher)

Basic Accounting Tasks and Auditing

Must be Adept on processing Si's, DRs

Contract expense management.

Must be adept to using Microsoft Excel and Word

Must have an Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Basic know-how of Office Equipment usage.

Must know how to use Quickbook.

Willing to work in Malabon city from 8am - 5pm (lunch break 12-1)
