Job description5+ years in finance, accounting, or controllership roles within e-commerce or consumer goods. Proven experience with advanced Microsoft Excel modeling. Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (required). Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred). Authorized to work remotely and available full-time during PST business hours. Monthly USD $3,000 – $5,000 (global range based on region and experience). Access to a $200k+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ services. Compensation : USD $3,000 – $5,000 / month (DOE)

Core outcomes
- Deliver accurate month-end close and financial reports.
- Build and maintain forward-looking budgets and forecasts to guide strategy.
- Oversee AR / AP, cash flow, and working capital to ensure fiscal health.
- Strengthen GAAP-compliant internal controls and audit readiness.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights that improve profit margins.
