Job descriptionSpend your time coding and contributing to development. Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Manage project scope, resources, and timelines across initiatives. Implement quality assurance processes and balance technical and business needs. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team. Recruit and onboard talent skilled in our tech stack. Conduct regular 1 : 1s to provide feedback and career development. Implement and improve agile workflows while fostering a culture of innovation.
