Banking Business Officer

Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting banking products such as loans, deposits, investments, and other financial services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.

Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable banking solutions.

Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Prepare and process client applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in any 4-year course

4 to 5 years of experience in banking operations, particularly in branch or frontline functions

Strong working knowledge of BSP regulations and banking compliance requirements

Effective communication skills and customer service orientation

Proven leadership and staff management capabilities

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational accuracy and risk management

Additional Notes :

This position will be working with second-largest revenue-generating agency under the Department of Finance.

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
