Key Responsibilities :
Perform daily accounting tasks such as recording transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining financial records
Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist in monitoring accounts receivable / payable
Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly financial reporting
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Willing to work in Pasong Tamo, Makati City (Monday to Saturday)
