Sales Assistant - SM La Union

1. Assists Store Head in day-to-day management of the store & team to achieve sales, inventory & compliance goals.

2. Acts as OIC in the absence of Supervisor Acts as Store OIC. Can be assigned as Store Trainer to new hires

3. Acts as Fund custodian

4. Monitor daily store sales to achieve sales targets

5. Ensures merchandise availability through daily monitoring and reordering as needed

6. Maintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layout

7. Adheres to the latest ACE protocols and e-guides

8. Maintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working condition

9. Ensures delivery of fast and accurate counter service and monitors compliance of cashiers with counter operations process guidelines and policies

10. Responsible for opening and closing clearing procedure of the store

11. Ensures inventory accuracy by checking for damaged and missing items, and execute proper action
