WORK SCHEDULE : Mondays to Fridays | 9 hours inclusive of 1 hour Break from 8 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 AM (Flexible Start Time) to 5 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 PM (Flexible End Time)
WORK LOCATION : Quezon City
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing in a Gaming, E-Commerce, or Fintech Industry
- Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A / B tests
- Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys
- Familiarity with omnichannel approaches : SMS + Viber + email or push
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting
